The bag’s standout feature is its ingenious foldable structure, where flat geometric leather pieces are expertly crafted into architectural three-dimensional forms that can collapse into a compact square for easy storage and portability.
Crafted from lightweight calfskin with a soft suede lining, the bag combines interior and exterior stitching techniques to allow inward or outward folding, with thin yet resilient leather enabling flexible transformation.

The lifelike penguin🐧 and seal🦭 designs originate from Kyoto’s Suna Fujita ceramic studio, set against a refreshing glacial blue background that evokes Antarctica’s icy landscapes.
Suna Fujita Ceramic Studio was founded in 2005 by Japanese ceramic artists Shohei Fujita and Chisato Yamano. Located in rural Kyoto, their work draws inspiration from natural landscapes, childhood memories, dreams, and life with their son and dog, resembling three-dimensional storybooks etched onto teapots, cups, plates and other ceramics.

The playful penguin design is created using leather marquetry technique, set into glacial blue leather with gradient feathers and orange feet rendered in vivid detail. The motif adorns the bag’s top panel, complementing the silver LOEWE logo and remaining fully visible even when folded.
A special edition leather tag featuring a seal🦭 and hand-painted Suna signature adorns the interior, playfully facing the penguin across the “ocean” – will the gentle seal catch up with the mischievous penguin?

At just 250 grams, the weight is negligible.
