First introduced in the Spring/Summer 2018 collection, the Dior Book Tote returns for Fall/Winter with a new version crafted from suede calfskin. The bag features colorful three-dimensional motifs created through leather patchwork craftsmanship, accented with vintage-inspired rivets along the edges, offering a clean rectangular silhouette with practical functionality.

The motifs on the front draw inspiration from Tarot cards, featuring imagery like the High Priestess, Lovers, parrot, Moon, and Wands. The bold color palette creates a playful, Mexican-style mural effect. Legend has it that Christian Dior himself was fascinated by Tarot, often incorporating compass and zodiac elements into his designs, and even had his personal Tarot reader.

Crafted from suede calfskin, the bag features a black base with a central orange, white, and black horizontal band. The front bears the “CHRISTIAN DIOR” logo, while the back is embossed with the French word “LA TERRE” (Earth). The raw edges of the leather maintain the suede’s natural texture.
The edges are adorned with silver round rivets that accentuate the bag’s contours.
