The elegant yet fierce roaring tiger-head clasp serves as the bag’s most striking decorative element, inspired by 20th-century jewelry designer Hattie Carnegie’s tiger-head brooch.

The brass tiger head features blue and gold enamel inlay for its stripes and mane, red crystals for eyes, and is accented with white diamonds in the details.

Above the tiger head sits the interlocking GG and horsebit hardware, combining two iconic Gucci elements from the brand’s archives—the Horsebit introduced in 1953 and the interlocking GG pattern from 1961.

The hardware mixes gold and silver tones, adding refined detail to the already intricate design.

The clasp features a hidden snap mechanism—simply press the bottom to release the lock. This is more secure and durable than typical magnetic closures.
