LOEWE has just launched its 2025 Spring-Summer collection featuring the new Madrid Bag. This architectural trapezoid silhouette combines elegant pleated details with supple calfskin leather that exudes a subtle sheen. The design embodies the effortless sophistication and cultural heritage of Madrid – where LOEWE was founded in 1846 and where its leather atelier remains to this day.

The Madrid Bag debuted at the LOEWE Spring-Summer 2025 show held at Château de Vincennes. Crafted from specially developed glossy calfskin with an exceptionally soft handfeel, it features a nappa leather lining. The standout design element is the relaxed pleating on the sides, with tubular straps that cinch the bag while cushioned shoulder pads ensure wearing comfort.
The oversized asymmetric zipper adds an edgy touch – it can be closed conventionally or left casually open, secured by the gold Pebble magnetic clasp. The sliding tubular straps allow for handheld or shoulder carry, while hidden metal hooks in the shoulder pads enable attachment of an extension strap for crossbody wear. The spacious base offers bucket-bag capacity, with protective Pebble metal feet at the bottom.
Available in three sizes (Small, Medium, Large) and four colors (Black, Burgundy, Olive Green and Caramel), launching worldwide on April 3rd.
